The S-812C34AUA-C20-T2 is a high operating voltage CMOS voltage regulator. It is part of the S-812C series, which is developed using CMOS technology. With a maximum operating voltage of 16V, it is best suited for high-voltage applications. The regulator has low current consumption and includes a power-off function, making it suitable for constructing low-power portable devices. It also offers short-circuit protection and comes in various package options.

- Short-circuit protection: Available with a short-circuit protection option.
