Description
The NJU7333R(TE1) is a single-phase DC brushless motor driver IC designed for small fan-motor and high power applications. It features a MOS-FET driver circuit for improved saturation characteristics. The amplifiers and feedback resistors are optimized to ensure low-noise motor operation. With a maximum output current of 500mA, the NJU7333R(TE1) also includes a frequency generator (FG) output, lock detect with auto recovery circuit, and a thermal shutdown circuit.
