Description

The S-8211DAQ-I6T1G is a protection IC for a single-cell lithium-ion / lithium-polymer rechargeable battery pack. It includes high-accuracy voltage detectors and delay circuits, making it suitable for protecting the battery pack from overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent.
