  • Description

    The H11LX series of devices consist of a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-speed integrated circuit detector. The output detector incorporates a Schmitt trigger, providing hysteresis for noise immunity and pulse shaping. These devices are available in a 6-pin DIP package with wide-lead spacing and an SMD option.
