The NC5FAV is a voice synthesizer IC designed for electronic devices that require voice section combination, key trigger arrangement, output control, and other logic functions. It features a single power supply of 2.4V – 5.5V and a built-in 4-bit tiny controller with one 4-bit input port and two 4-bit I/O ports.

- Output: Built-in PWM Direct Drive circuit and fixed current D/A output
