Description
The LZ2314AF is a 1/3-type (6.0 mm) solid-state image sensor that consists of PN photo diodes and CCDs (charge-coupled devices). With approximately 270,000 pixels (542 horizontal x 492 vertical), the sensor provides a stable high-resolution color image in the LZ2313H5 model and black and white image in the LZ2314HJ model.
