Description
The electronic component model 4565-0000-00 belongs to the 1N4565 thru 1N4584A-1 series of Zero-TC Reference Diodes. These reference diodes provide a selection of 6.4 V nominal voltages and temperature coefficients, ranging as low as 0.0005%/oC to minimize voltage change with temperature. Four different operating currents are available at 0.5 mA, 1.0 mA, 2.00 mA, and 4.00 mA. The diodes are internal-metallurgical-bonded and also available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications. Microsemi offers a variety of other Zener Reference Diode products for different voltages up to 200 V.
