Description
The SW0611A-M is a four channel single-pole, single-throw analog switch, designed with both bipolar and ion-implanted FET devices. It features ruggedness, reliability, and resistance to static electricity. The switch can be easily configured as a dual SPDT or a DPDT. It is highly resistant to static discharge destruction and radiation compared to analog switches. The SW0611A-M is designed with MOS devices and guarantees RON matching at 10% maximum. It has guaranteed switching speeds, low "ON" resistance, low total harmonic distortion, and low leakage currents at high temperatures. The digital inputs are TTL/CMOS compatible and independent of V+, and the specifications are improved and pin compatible to LF-11333/13333. This model can be used with both dual or single power supply operation and is available in die form.
