    The AD7814ARTZ-500RL7 is a complete temperature monitoring system designed for use in a variety of applications, including personal computers, office equipment, and domestic appliances. This electronic component is housed in a small SOT-23 or 8-lead MSOP package, and contains a band gap temperature sensor and 10-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature to a resolution of 0.25°C.
