Description
The R3111x series is a CMOS-based voltage detector IC that can operate at an extremely low voltage with ultra-low supply current consumption. It is used for system reset and consists of a voltage reference unit, comparator, resistors for detector threshold setting, output driver, and hysteresis circuit, ensuring high detector threshold accuracy without needing adjustment. The R3111x series is available in three output types and six packages, making it versatile for a range of applications.
