Description
The MBM29LV320BE90TN-J is a 16M-bit, 3.0 V-only Flash memory organized as 2M bytes of data. It is designed with flexible erase capability, with the 2M bytes of data divided into 32 sectors of 64K bytes each. This electronic component is offered in a 40-pin TSOP (I) or 48-ball FBGA package. The device can be programmed in-system with the standard system 3.0 V VCC supply and does not require 12.0 V VPP and 5.0 V VCC for write or erase operations. The MBM29LV320BE90TN-J can also be reprogrammed in standard EPROM programmers.

- Embedded EraseTM Algorithms, which automatically pre-programs and erases the chip or any sector
- Embedded programTM Algorithms, which automatically programs and verifies data at specified address
- Data Polling and Toggle Bit feature for detection of program or erase cycle completion
- Ready/Busy output (RY/BY), a hardware method for detection of program or erase cycle completion
- Automatic sleep mode, which switches to low power mode when addresses remain stable
- Low VCC write inhibit ≤ 2.5 V
- Hardware RESET pin, which resets the internal state machine to the read mode
- Erase Suspend/Resume, which suspends the erase operation to allow a read data and/or program in another sector within the same device
- Sector protection, with a hardware method that disables any combination of sectors from program or erase operations
- Sector Protection set function by Extended sector protect command
- Temporary sector unprotection, which can be done via the RESET pin
- In accordance with CFI (Common Flash Memory Interface)
