UPA869TS-T3-A is an electronic component model in the IC Chips category. It is a combination of NECs UPA861TD, which contains the NE894 and NE687 NPN high frequency silicon bipolar chips. The NE894 chip is known for its high frequency and low current, low voltage operation, making it an excellent oscillator chip. On the other hand, the NE687 chip is an excellent buffer transistor with low noise and high gain. This model is designed with NECs new ultra small TD package, making it ideal for portable wireless applications where board space reduction is a priority. It can be easily configured for oscillator/buffer amplifier and other applications.
