The MAX9173ESE is a nanopower comparator in a space-saving SOT23 package. It features Beyond-the-Rails™ inputs and is guaranteed to operate down to +1.8V. The MAX9173ESE has an on-board 1.245V ±1.5% reference and draws an ultra-low supply current of only 750nA. The comparator is ideal for 2-cell battery applications and monitoring/management.
