Description
The S-8521F15MC-BPA-T2 is a CMOS synchronous rectification step-down switching regulator. It is equipped with a reference voltage circuit, an oscillator, an error amplifier, a phase compensation circuit, a PWM controller, an under voltage lockout circuit (UVLO), a current limit circuit, and a power MOS FET. With a high oscillation frequency of 1.2 MHz, this regulator achieves high efficiency, large output current, and step-down switching. It requires only small external parts for operation. The built-in synchronous rectification circuit allows for easier achievement of high efficiency compared to conventional step-down switching regulators. It supports high-density mounting with its small SOT-23-5 and super-small and thin SNT-8A packages.
