Description
The Electronic Component Model 5962-0220-5R, also known as the M65609E, is a very low power CMOS static RAM with a capacity of 131,072 x 8 bits. It utilizes an array of six-transistor (6T) memory cells, providing excellent protection against soft errors caused by noise. The M65609E combines a fast access time of 40 ns with an extremely low standby supply current.
