Description
The 12020120-L is a low power real-time clock (RTC) with VDD battery-backed SRAM and an embedded temperature sensor. It offers compensation of ±5ppm with auto daylight saving. The device includes features such as clock/calendar tracking, power fail and low battery monitoring, brown out indicator, periodic or polled alarms, intelligent battery backup switching, and 128 bytes of battery-backed user SRAM.
