Electronic Component Model: PXA250B0 is an IC chip with high performance processor and Intel® XScale™ Microarchitecture. It features a flexible clocking system with a CPU clock ranging from 66 to 300 MHz and flexible memory clock ratios. The chip also has a rich serial peripheral set including AC97 Audio Port, I2S Audio Port, USB Client Controller, High Speed UART, and more. It operates on low power with less than 500 mW typical internal dissipation and allows the supply voltage to be reduced to 0.85 V. The chip also has a high performance memory controller with support for SDRAM up to 100 MHz and support for PCMCIA or Compact Flash. It has additional peripherals for system connectivity such as Multimedia Card Controller, SSP Controller, I2C Controller, and more. The chip also has hardware debug features and hardware performance monitoring features.
