The K8P5516UZB-PI4E is a 256Mbit NOR type Flash Memory, with a memory architecture that allows flexible erase and program capability. It has a single 3.0V power supply and is organized as 32M x 8 or 16M x 16. The device consists of four banks, allowing for reading data from one bank while programming or erasing in the other banks.
