This is the AGXD500EEXE0BD, a 1.5 inch low temperature poly-silicon TFT-LCD module designed for digital still cameras. It features a slim design, light weight, and narrow frame, making it an ideal choice for compact devices. With a display size of 3.8cm and a resolution of 521 × 218 pixels, this module delivers clear and vibrant images. The operating temperature range for the panel is -10 to +60°C, while the ambient temperature during storage should be within -20 to +70°C. The module also includes a built-in level shifter circuit and supports both NTSC and PAL standards. The panel power consumption is approximately 55mW at NTSC, and the backlight power consumption is 210mW. The display surface luminance is around 150cd/m2.
