The UPG2179TB-E4 is a GaAs MMIC for PA driver amplifier with a variable gain function. It is designed for PDC (Personal Digital Cellular) and other L-band applications. The device operates at a low voltage of 3.0V, providing high gain and low distortion. The UPG2179TB-E4 is specifically designed for the 800 MHz band application.
