Description
The AD9951YSV is a direct digital synthesizer (DDS) component featuring a 14-bit DAC that operates up to 400 MSPS. It utilizes advanced DDS technology and a high-speed, high-performance DAC to create a complete high-frequency synthesizer. This synthesizer is capable of generating a frequency-agile analog output sinusoidal waveform at frequencies up to 200 MHz. The AD9951YSV is designed for fast frequency hopping and offers fine tuning resolution with its 32-bit frequency tuning word. It can be configured and controlled through a serial I/O port. Additionally, this component is capable of operating under extended industrial temperature ranges, from -40°C to +105°C.
