Description
L4810CV is a voltage regulator from the L4800 series. This series is known for its very low voltage drop of typically 0.4V even at full rated current. It can provide an output current of up to 400mA and has a low quiescent current, making it suitable for applications where low power consumption is important. Additionally, it offers comprehensive on-chip protection against load dump and field decay transients of ±60V, polarity reversal, and overheating. There is a foldback current limiter in place to protect against load short circuits. L4810CV is designed for automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
