Description
The ZXBM1015ST20 is a 2-phase, DC brushless motor pre-driver specifically designed for fan and blower motors. It features PWM variable speed control and is equipped with built-in lock detect protection, rotational speed sensing, and automatic recovery. The pre-driver also has a built-in Hall amplifier that allows for direct connection to a Hall element. It can be controlled via external voltage, thermistor input, or an external PWM source. The ZXBM1015ST20 has a speed (FG) pulse output and is capable of withstanding up to 18V input voltage (or up to 60V with an external regulator). It is available in an MSOP10 package.
