Description

The AD8330ACPZ is a wideband variable gain amplifier designed for use in applications requiring a fully differential signal path, low noise, well-defined gain, and low distortion up to 150 MHz. The amplifier can be used with both single-sided and differential signals, and offers automatic offset compensation and linear-in-dB and linear-in-magnitude gain modes. It has a gain range of 0 dB to 50 dB and inverted gain of 50 dB to 0 dB, and a constant bandwidth of 150 MHz at all gains. The AD8330ACPZ is available in a space-saving, 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP package.
