Description
The RT9164A-18GG is a high performance positive voltage regulator designed for applications requiring low dropout performance at fully rated current. It offers excellent regulation over variations in line and load. This three-terminal regulator is available in fixed and adjustable voltage options with a low dropout performance of 1.4V maximum. It features fast transient response, internal current-limiting, and thermal-shutdown protection of the output device. The RT9164A-18GG is available in space-saving SOT-223, TO-252, and TO-263 packages.
