Description
The MW772 is a wideband integrated circuit designed for RF LDMOS power amplification. It has a multi-stage structure and on-chip matching, allowing it to be used in a wide frequency range from 1805 to 1990 MHz. With a voltage rating of 24 to 32 Volts, this power amplifier is suitable for various cellular base station modulation formats.
