Description
The RT8015DGQW is a high efficiency synchronous, step-down DC/DC converter designed for various applications. It has an input voltage range of 2.6V to 5.5V and provides an adjustable regulated output voltage from 0.8V to 5V. With a maximum output current of 3A, it delivers reliable power to meet the demand of electronic devices. The RT8015DGQW features internal synchronous low on-resistance power switches, eliminating the need for an external Schottky diode. Its switching frequency can be set by an external resistor, allowing flexibility in design. The 100% duty cycle in Low Dropout Operation further maximizes battery life. This model is available in the WDFN-10L 3x3 package.
