Description

The MIC5237-2.5BT is a general-purpose low-dropout regulator designed by Micrel. It is capable of providing a 500mA output current with better than 3% output voltage accuracy. This regulator features less than 300mV dropout voltage and typically 8mA ground current at full load. It is built using Micrel's proprietary Super ßeta PNP™ process with a PNP pass element.
