The REF196G is a precision band gap voltage reference from the REF19x series. It uses a patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit and laser trimming of highly stable, thin-film resistors to achieve a very low temperature coefficient and high initial accuracy. This voltage reference operates at a low dropout voltage and consumes minimal supply current, making it suitable for low-power applications. It is available in an 8-lead SOIC package.Specifications and features
