Description
The UF32C is a microcontroller unit (MCU) designed for memory card readers and ATA/ATAPI interface applications. It features a 16-bit HCS12 CPU, 32k bytes of Flash EEPROM, 3.5k bytes of RAM, USB2.0 interface, Integrated Queue Controller (IQUE) block with 1.5k bytes RAM buffer, and various interface options such as ATA5, Compact Flash, SD/MMC, SmartMedia, and Memorystick. The UF32C also includes a 16-bit 8-channel timer, Serial Communication Interface, and 73 discrete digital I/O channels. It operates at a maximum frequency of 60MHz and is available in a 100-pin or 64-pin LQFP package.
