Electronic Component Model: NDC651N_NL is an N-Channel logic level enhancement mode power field effect transistor. It is produced using Fairchilds proprietary, high cell density, DMOS technology, which minimizes on-state resistance. This component is suitable for low voltage applications in notebook computers, portable phones, PCMICA cards, and other battery powered circuits. It offers fast switching and low in-line power loss in a small outline surface mount package.
