Description

The MIC4302 is a dual low-side MOSFET driver IC. It is designed using bipolar/CMOS/DMOS construction for low power consumption and high efficacy. This driver translates TTL or CMOS input logic levels to output voltage levels that swing within 25mV of the positive supply or ground.
