The LT4064EMSE is a high-performance CMOS dynamic random access memory (DRAM) with a capacity of 262,144 words by 16 bits. It offers Fast Page mode with Extended Data Output, allowing for random access within a page. With a cycle time as short as 14ns, it is best suited for graphics and DSP applications that require high-performance memories.
