Description
The QLCP-M096 is a fuse programmable logic array device in the IC Chips product category. It is available in 24-pin DIP, 24-lead flatpack, and 28-lead quad-flatpack package offerings. The QLCP-M096 uses amorphous silicon anti-fuse technology for programming each output. Users can specify whether each output is registered or combinatorial, and can individually select the output polarity. The device also includes a unique output enable function for configuring bidirectional I/O on an individual basis. The architecture of the QLCP-M096 implements variable sum terms providing 8 to 16 product terms to outputs, allowing for increased logic function flexibility. It also features common synchronous preset and asynchronous reset, eliminating the need for performing initialization functions. The QLCP-M096 is radiation-hardened and compliant with QML Q & V standards.
