Description
The ISL26320FBZ-T7A is an electronic component part of the ISL26310/11/12/13/14/15/19 family of sampling SAR-type analog to digital converters (ADCs). It is designed to provide excellent linearity over supply and temperature variations. This ADC offers versions with 1-, 2-, 4-, and 8-channel single-ended inputs, as well as 1-, 2-, and 4-channel differential inputs. The proprietary input multiplexer and combination buffer amplifier reduce input drive requirements, resulting in lower cost and reduced board space. The ISL26320FBZ-T7A maintains specified measurement accuracy with input signals up to VDD. Members of the ISL26310/11/12/13/14/15/19 family offer pinout intercompatibility, making it easy to replicate proven layouts across multiple design platforms.
