Description
The 74V1G00 is an advanced high-speed CMOS SINGLE 2-INPUT NAND GATE fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. It features high speed operation with a propagation delay of 3.7 ns (typical) at VCC = 5V. It also has low power dissipation with ICC = 1 µA (maximum) at TA = 25°C. The 74V1G00 offers high noise immunity with VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (minimum) and powerdown protection on inputs. It has a symmetrical output impedance of |IOH| = IOL = 8 mA (minimum) and balanced propagation delays, tPLH ≅ tPHL. The operating voltage range is from 2V to 5.5V and it has improved latch-up immunity.
