These devices extend the advantages of solid tantalum technology to today’s surface mount circuit applications. Complementing multilayer ceramic chip convenience with capacitance ratings through 1500 µF, tantalum chip capacitors permit circuit designers to take full advantage of the benefits of surface mount technology.
