Description
The AD712TR is a high speed, precision monolithic operational amplifier that offers high performance at a very modest price. It features very low offset voltage and offset voltage drift, which are the result of advanced laser wafer trimming technology. This makes it easy to upgrade existing designs that use older precision BiFETs and bipolar op amps.

- 16 V/ms minimum slew rate (AD712J)
- 3 MHz minimum unity gain bandwidth (AD712J)
DC Performance:
- 0.30 mV maximum offset voltage (AD712C)
- 5 mV/8C maximum drift (AD712C)
- 200 V/mV minimum open-loop gain (AD712K)
- 4 mV p-p maximum noise, 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz (AD712C)
It is available in surface mount in tape and reel according to EIA-481A standard. MIL-STD-883B parts are also available.
Single Version Available: AD711
Quad Version: AD713
Available in Plastic Mini-DIP, Plastic SOIC, Hermetic Cerdip, Hermetic Metal Can Packages, and Chip Form.
