The ADA4432-1BCPZ-R7 is a voltage buffer integrated active load, with a fixed gain of 1, which is designed specifically for CCD image sensor output buffer applications. It is a low power, high speed, low noise, and fast settling monolithic amplifier that operates at speeds of up to 400 MHz, with a −3 dB bandwidth. The integrated active load provides adjustable active load current, reducing active load current by GPO control, and high slew rate to achieve fast settling time. Additionally, it comes in a small package of 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm × 0.55 mm.
