Description
The 74HCT573TTR is a high-speed CMOS octal latch with 3-state outputs. It is fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology, ensuring excellent performance and reliability. This latch is compatible with TTL outputs, with a minimum input voltage of 2V and a maximum input voltage of 0.8V. It has a balanced propagation delay and symmetrical output impedance, providing stable and consistent operation. The 74HCT573TTR is pin and function compatible with the 74 series 573 latch.
