Description
The LP2989AIM-2.5/NOPB is a Linear Voltage Regulator used to deliver a fixed output voltage of 2.5V with 1.5-7V input range. It is designed to meet the power-management needs of low-power portable devices. This device features low quiescent current (75µA), low dropout voltage (235mV) and high accuracy (±2%). It also has over-current and overtemperature protection features which makes it highly reliable.
