Description
The OPA1644AID is a CMOS operational amplifier designed for instrumentation applications. It operates on a single supply voltage of 2.1V (minimum) and features a rail-to-rail output capable of driving a 100kΩ load with an output voltage accuracy of ±3mV. This amplifier has a low quiescent current of 20μA per amplifier, low offset voltage of 125μV (maximum), low input bias current of 1pA, and high open-loop gain of 115dB. The OPA1644AID also has independent circuitry for lowest crosstalk and freedom from interaction. With its common-mode range extending to the negative supply, it is well-suited for battery-powered and single-supply applications. Besides, it is suitable for portable devices, high-impedance applications, photodiode, pre-amps, precision integrators, medical instruments, and test equipment.
