Description
The MIC842NYC5 is a micropower, precision voltage comparator with an on-chip voltage reference. It is designed for voltage monitoring applications and is optimized for PDAs, cellular telephones, pagers, and other battery-powered devices. The device has high ±1.25% voltage threshold accuracy and built-in hysteresis for noise suppression. It operates with an extremely low 1.5µA typical supply current and is immune to brief input transients. The MIC842NYC5 is available in a Teeny™ 5-lead SC-70 package.
