Description
The 74LVC16823APA is a synchronous 4-bit binary counter that is designed for high-speed counting applications. It features an internal look-ahead carry circuitry for cascading. The counter operates in a synchronous mode, where all flip-flops are clocked simultaneously, eliminating output counting spikes associated with asynchronous counters. The counter can be triggered by a buffered clock input and has presettable functionality for programmable operation.
