The AN8009M is a 3-pin low-dropout fixed positive output monolithic voltage regulator belonging to the AN8000 linear voltage regulators series. It is designed to minimize power consumption, making it ideal for battery stabilizing power supply and reference voltage. The device has an input/output voltage difference of 0.3V (max.) and can support output current of up to 50mA. It comes with a built-in over-voltage protective circuit and supports 13 types of output voltage ranging from 2V to 10V.
