Description
The LP3982IMMX-ADJ is a linear voltage regulator designed for portable RF and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. It is optimized for battery-powered systems, delivering ultra-low noise and low quiescent current. The LP3982IMMX-ADJ also works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, which reduces the amount of board space needed for power applications, making it ideal for handheld wireless devices. It has a shutdown mode that consumes less than 0.01µA and a fast turn-on time of less than 50µs. This model is available in the 5-lead of SC-70 packages.
