Description
The TC1055-2.7VCT is a high accuracy (typically ±0.5%) CMOS linear voltage regulator that is designed specifically for battery-operated systems. It is an upgrade for older bipolar low dropout regulators, offering improved performance and extended battery life. The regulator has a low ground current and a total supply current of typically 50 µA at full load, which is 20 to 60 times lower than in bipolar regulators.
