Description
The 74ALVT16373DL,118 is a high-performance BiCMOS product designed for VCC operation at 2.5V or 3.3V with I/O compatibility up to 5V. It is a 16-bit transparent latch with 3-State buffers and an output capability of +64mA/-32mA. It has TTL input and output switching levels and can interface with systems at a 5V supply. The latch features bus-hold data inputs that eliminate the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused inputs.
