    The ICS951416AFLF is a clock generator designed for microprocessors that require selectable CPU clocks with reduced power consumption. It allows a variety of microprocessors to be clocked by changing the state of address lines FS0, FS1, and FS2, and generates a CPU clock ranging from 8 MHz to 100 MHz from a single 32.768 kHz crystal. It operates with a 3.3V or 5.0V supply and comes in a 16-pin PDIP or SOIC package.
