Description
The IDT49FCT805PYG8 is a non-inverting buffer/clock driver that utilizes advanced dual metal CMOS technology. It consists of two banks of drivers, each of which drives five output buffers from a standard TTL compatible input. These devices are equipped with a "heart-beat" monitor for diagnostics and PLL driving. The MON output is identical to all other outputs and complies with the output specifications outlined in this document. The IDT49FCT805PYG8 offers low capacitance inputs, hysteresis, and rail-to-rail output swing, which improves noise margin and allows for easy interface with CMOS inputs.
